What would make this guy set wildfires? Is he mentally ill?! I just don't get it.
And why isn't he wearing a shirt in this photo? It seems very odd.

there was always something about the Santa Ana Winds that brought out the crazies every year. One of my sibs recently retired fromn the CDF and he explained to me that for most of these guys it is a sexual thing...Scary
